Connecting ideas with actions for fruitful outcomes
I help mission-driven teams move from conversation to clarity β and from clarity to collective action.
I work with government agencies, nonprofits, coalitions, and values-driven organizations working at the intersection of community, health, and change.Over nearly two decades in public health, I've sat at a lot of tables and learned what it actually takes to help people across sectors think together, trust each other, and move forward. As a facilitator and cross-pollinator, I design spaces where ideas can travel across teams, perspectives, and divides β and where real collaboration can take root.

What it feels like to work with me:
People often describe my facilitation style as grounded, inclusive, and purposeful. I create spaces where every voice can be heard, curiosity is encouraged, and differences are treated as assets β spaces where shared humanity is honored and meaningful progress can emerge.I build trust.
I bridge divides.
I move teams from ideas to action. When we work together, you can expect to see:- Stronger relationships and trust across individuals and teams
- Broader perspectives and shared understanding around complex issues
- Greater innovation and problem-solving capacity
- Collective buy-in and alignment around next steps
- Groups of individuals engaging, connecting, and innovating together β moving forward because they see themselves as part of something bigger than themselves.
β’ Launching a cross-sector initiative and needing a skilled facilitator to help partners align around a shared vision.β’ Convening a workgroup or learning collaborative and wanting meetings that generate real momentum β not just discussion.β’ Designing a community engagement process and wanting to ensure lived experience shapes decisions.β’ Navigating complex change or emerging opportunities and needing space for thoughtful conversation and shared sensemaking. If one of these situations sounds familiar, letβs connect and explore whether facilitation support might be helpful.

Facilitation β I'm in the room with you.You bring the people and the purpose β I design and lead the process. This is for teams who want a skilled neutral party to guide the conversation, hold the space, and move the group toward shared insight and action.
Strategic Consulting & Meeting Design β I'm behind the scenes with you. You'll be leading your own meetings and convenings β but you want a thought partner to help you design them well. We work together to clarify your goals, shape the agenda, and make sure the structure actually serves the outcome you're after.
If your team is navigating complexity or seeking stronger alignment, let's connect. If youβre wondering whether facilitation support might be helpful, Iβd be glad to talk it through with you.

I grew up in the woods along the Hudson River in New York, and have since lived, worked, and learned in Boston, New York City, Denver, and Lancaster County, PA. Over nearly two decades, I've worked alongside local, state, and federal agencies, healthcare practices, and academic institutions in service of public health β facilitating learning collaboratives, community engagement convenings, workgroups bridging language divides, statewide networks, and multi-sector partnerships. My path into this work was shaped early by an undergraduate degree in anthropology from Boston University β a discipline that taught me to sit with complexity, question assumptions, and approach every room I enter with genuine curiosity about how people make meaning together. That orientation never left me. It's at the heart of how I facilitate, how I listen, and how I hold space for perspectives that don't always share a common language.I hold a master's in public health from CUNY Hunter and am a graduate of the Regional Institute for Public Health's Advanced Leadership Training Program.Outside of work, I tend a garden of vegetables, herbs, and native flowers and try to pass that same love of tending and growing on to my daughter. I'm a mother, a wife, a musician, a cook, and someone who believes the table β whether in a conference room or a kitchen β is where the best things happen.
